Both run one year from your purchase date. Events are $20 each plus green fee, paid per event. No current GHIN Handicap Index? Enter your average score from your last 5 rounds at checkout and we'll use it to place you in a flight.
Report Your Real Scores
Your 5-round average sets your starting flight until you post a Tournament Index. Lowballing it to land in an easier flight is sandbagging, and every result is checked automatically.
If you're found sandbagging:
- Winnings forfeited and paid to the next finishers in your flight
- Points stripped from that event
- $20 fine for every player in your flight (14 players = $280), paid back to them
- Moved permanently to the flight your scores say you belong in
- Second offense: removed from the Tour, no refund

Tour Only: we use your GHIN number, or your 5-round average if you don't have one. Tour + NCGA: we register you with the NCGA and email your new GHIN number.

Membership FAQ
What does membership include?
A season membership lets you enter any of the 22 regular-season events, earn points in your flight and qualify for the playoff. Each event has a $20 entry plus the course's green fee, with optional skins games.
I'm already an NCGA member at another club. Which do I choose?
Choose Tour Only. Your existing Handicap Index works for flighting. Add your GHIN number at checkout if you have it handy, or send it to us later.
How long until I get my GHIN number with the NCGA option?
We submit new members to the NCGA shortly after you join, and you'll receive your GHIN number by email once the NCGA processes it. Play a few rounds and post your scores to establish your Handicap Index before your first event.
When does my membership run?
Both memberships run for one year from your purchase date. You can play any events held during that year.
Can I upgrade from Tour Only to the NCGA option later?
Yes. Email us and we'll set up the upgrade for the $59 difference.
Can I get a refund?
Memberships are fully refundable until you play your first event. After that, membership fees aren't refunded. Event entry refunds follow the tour's registration rules.
Will I get emails from the tour?
You'll receive membership and event emails such as confirmations, tee times and schedule changes. You can also opt in to our newsletter at checkout, and you can unsubscribe from it anytime. See our Privacy Policy.
